1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Cuddle. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ABISERVICES LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. About Cuddle

Cuddle is an AI-powered relationship coaching application designed to help couples strengthen their relationships through personalized advice, interactive exercises, and expert guidance. The App provides digital content and services intended for educational and relationship improvement purposes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group, or advocate or encourage such behavior

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

6. User Content

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by ABISERVICES LTD, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

The App is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing serious relationship problems or mental health issues, please seek professional help.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ABISERVICES LTD, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the App. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ABISERVICES LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
