How the Free Trial Works

Starting Your Trial

1. Open the Cuddle app
2. Go to Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription
3. Select the Annual plan
4. Confirm subscription in your app store (Apple or Google)
5. You will NOT be charged now
6. Premium features unlock immediately
7. Trial period begins

During the 7 Days

• Full access to all Premium content
• Try exercises, quizzes, games, and content packs
• Use the Relationship Checkup and AI insights
• Pair with your partner (they get Premium too during trial)
• No restrictions or limitations

After 7 Days

If you don't cancel:

• Trial automatically converts to a paid subscription
• You'll be charged $49.99 for the first year
• Premium continues uninterrupted
• We'll remind you via email before this happens

If you cancel during trial:

• No charge to your account
• Premium access ends immediately upon cancellation
• You keep your account and data
• You can still use the free version of Cuddle

When You're Charged

Trial Period (Days 1-7)

Charge: $0.00

Your payment method is authorized but not charged. The app store places a temporary hold to verify the card is valid, but no money is taken.

After Trial Ends (Day 8)

Charge: $49.99 (for annual subscription)

If you haven't canceled, your payment method is charged on day 8, and your annual subscription begins.

How to Cancel Before Being Charged

You must cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid being charged.

On iPhone/iPad

1. Open Settings app
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Cuddle
5. Tap Cancel Free Trial
6. Confirm cancellation

On Android

1. Open Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Select Cuddle
5. Tap Cancel subscription
6. Confirm

Important: When you cancel during the trial, Premium access ends immediately. You won't have access for the remaining days of your trial.

Who Can Get the Free Trial

• New Premium subscribers who have never had Premium
