From Monthly to Annual

You can switch to annual billing:

1. Cancel monthly subscription
2. Wait for current billing period to end
3. Subscribe to annual plan with trial
4. Or contact support@cuddle.health to switch immediately

From Premium to Free

Simply cancel your subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the free plan.
